This Privacy Policy describes how HV Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with kyvera.app (the “Site”). Kyvera is a brand of HV Ventures LLC.
Plain-English summary
The Site is a static informational website. We do not run third-party analytics on the Site. We do not set advertising cookies. We do not ask visitors to create an account. The only way you give us any information is by emailing us. Each app we publish has its own separate privacy policy covering how that app handles data — those are linked from each app’s page.
What the Site collects
Visiting the Site involves the same minimal data exchange as visiting any website:
- Standard request logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) logs the IP address, user agent, and requested URL of each request as part of routine operation and abuse prevention. These logs are retained by Vercel according to their retention policy and are not used by us for analytics or marketing.
- Fonts — the Site loads the Geist and Fraunces typefaces from Google Fonts CDN. Google may log the font request. No identifying information is sent.
We do not run Google Analytics, PostHog, Plausible, or any other analytics tool on the Site itself. We do not set tracking cookies. We do not embed third-party social-media widgets. The Site contains no advertising.
Email contact
If you email us at support@kyvera.app, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add email correspondents to a marketing list. We retain email correspondence as long as is reasonably necessary to handle the matter you wrote about.
Apps published under the Kyvera brand
Each mobile app we publish is a separate product with its own privacy policy. Those policies describe what the app collects on your device, what (if anything) is sent to our backend, and which third-party processors are involved. Visit the app’s own page for its current privacy policy. The fact that an app is published under the Kyvera brand does not mean its data flows are routed through this Site.
Third-party links
The Site links to external sites (Apple App Store, our apps’ marketing pages, infrastructure partners’ websites). When you follow such a link, the destination’s own privacy policy governs that visit. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Your rights
Because the Site itself collects so little, the practical exercise of data-subject rights is limited to email correspondence you may have sent us. You can ask us to delete email you sent us by writing to support@kyvera.app. For requests about data held by one of our apps, please use the contact channel listed in that app’s privacy policy.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
